We are now inviting individuals to book a "Meet & Greet" appointment with a physician using our online booking page.

 

Please read the following information carefully before booking:

 

🩺 About the Meet & Greet

• This is not a guarantee of registration.

• The purpose is to determine whether the physician and patient are a good fit.

• Each adult (18+) must book their own individual slot – no shared bookings allowed.

• One child may be booked together with one adult where appropriate. Additional children will require booking of additional time slots.

📅 Booking Guidelines

• Bookings are available up to 14 days in advance. New time slots open daily on a rolling basis.

• Select the appointment type: Meet and Greet

• Choose your preferred physician on the booking page.

• Spaces are limited and available first-come, first-served.

📌 What to Bring

• A valid, physical Ontario Health Card is required.

• Digital cards or photos will not be accepted.

 

🚫 Important Reminders

• Do NOT call the pharmacy or clinic about appointments or registration status.

• Only call to cancel a booked appointment if you can no longer attend.

• Rude or abusive behavior toward staff, physicians, or pharmacists will not be tolerated under any circumstance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply.
